Qinertia has a powerful licensing cloud based licensing system that let you activate, view and mange your licenses. The licensing system offers easy to use floating licensing model so Qinertia automatically check in and out your license when you use it.

Before you can use Qinertia for the first time, you will have to create a mySBG user account and then activate your license. You can also invite other users to your license to share it accross user accounts and computers easily.

This page will guide you through the required steps so you can start using Qinertia in no time.

Creating your Account

  1. The first step is to create your personal user account by visiting https://accounts.sbg-systems.com/
  2. Then just follow the registration process
  3. At the end of the process, a validation email should have been sent to your email address
  4. You have to click on the link provided in this validation email to continue the process
  5. If you haven't received the email, please check your SPAM folder
  6. You now have a valid SBG Systems user account


Organisations

You should create a personal account and not a company/organisation account that you intend to share with multiple users. Indeed, SBG Systems has created a licensing system that will let you easily invite other users to share a license.

Activating your License

When you order a new Qinertia license, you should receive a unique one-time activation code. This activation code is an uppercase alpha numerical string of 10 chars. It should look like  210W5BY8MT

Your license validity period will only start to be count down after your have activated your license so do it only when you are ready to use Qinertia.

  1. Goto https://license.sbg-systems.com/
  2. Enter your user credentials when prompted to log in
  3. You should land on the licenses management dashboard
  4. Enter in the top box Activate/Join a license your activation code
  5. If the activation code is valid you should view the license details and be prompted to enter basic information such as your company name.
  6. You can finally click the Activate button You should view your created license and you have to enter basic information such as your company name before you can validate the activation.
  7. You can now view your license management panel where you can view ongoing sessions and invite users
