Qinertia has a powerful licensing cloud based licensing system that let you activate, view and mange your licenses. The licensing system offers easy to use floating licensing model so Qinertia automatically check in and out your license when you use it.

Before you can use Qinertia for the first time, you will have to create a MySBG user account and activate your license. You can also invite other users to your organization to share the license across user accounts and computers easily.

This page will guide you through the required steps so you can start using Qinertia in no time.

Creating your Account

  1. The first step is to create your personal user account by visiting https://my.sbg-systems.com/
  2. Then just follow the registration process
  3. At the end of the process, a validation email should have been sent to your email address
  4. You have to click on the link provided in this validation email to continue the process
  5. If you haven't received the email, please check your SPAM folder
  6. You now have a valid MySBG user account

Organisations

You should create a personal account and not a company/organization account that you intend to share with multiple users. Indeed, SBG Systems has created a licensing system that will let you easily invite other users to share a license.

Activating your License

You can buy a Qinertia license online directly from MySBG platform. In this case, the activation process is automatic and you can start using Qinertia right away.

If you have ordered a Qinertia license from our sales team or from or distributors, you should receive a one-time activation code. This activation code is an uppercase alpha numerical string of 10 chars. It should look like  210W5BY8MT

Your license validity period will only start to be count down after your have activated your license so do it only when you are ready to use Qinertia.

1. Goto your MySBG management portal https://my.sbg-systems.com/ you should land on the MySBG dashboard:

2. Click on the activate button from the dashboard or the Licenses page

3. Enter your activation code and make sure everything is correct and if yes, click on the activate button.

4. As soon as the license is activated, the license term countdown will start and your license is ready to be used with Qinertia.

5. From MySBG portal, you can easily manage, renew and buy new licenses. You can also invite users to join your organization and share your license. Sharing a license across several users should comply with Qinertia EULA.
